Education – BS in Science, Engineering, Business Administration etc..
Experience Required – 5 years minimum Plant Management experience in Food Processing.
Experience should include HACCP, Quality, Environmental, Safety, Employment Standards regulatory requirements.
Experience working in an SAP computerized manufacturing systems a big plus. Exposure or experience working with
any type of Food Pasterurization a big plus.
This job will involve budgets. This person will be expected to make improvements to manufacturing process.
This person will be involved in the development, mentoring and training of all direct reports. THIS PERSON WILL BE EXPECTED TO continuously
improve waste reduction, equipment, optimization, cost reduction and provide overall project management support to ensure
corporate objectives are met. This is a multiplant company with Canadian and US locations.
